We are very pleased to present the final evaluation report into Growing Health Together funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Applied Research Collaboration Kent, Surrey and Sussex. The report describes how we are building a sustainable health community in East Surrey and presents in-depth data analysis, both quantitative and qualitative to demonstrate the central theme ‘the golden thread’ which underpins the ethos and the heart of Growing Health Together.
