Working with Happy Baby Community, a community of support for women who have fled from violence or traffickers, and are pregnant or with a young child and are seeking international protection in the UK.
GP Uzma Aziz, GHT lead for Redhill Phoenix has been meeting with stakeholders and members of the community to explore offering a variety of talks and awareness raising on a variety of topics which affect our community.
Collaborating with a wide range of local community members to organise outreach diabetes screening and health checks for those at increased risk.
